Who we are
Fairfield County Speech Therapy is a small practice of ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists at 17 Bridge Square in Westport. Our owner, Jennifer Fusaro, began her career in hospital acute care, including swallowing studies and stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, before moving into private practice. That background shapes how we work: medically informed, coordinated with your physicians and schools, and built around goals that matter to you or your child.
We see families and adults from Westport, Fairfield, Norwalk, Weston, Wilton and Darien, and anyone in Connecticut by telehealth. Every patient has an online portal for reports, invoices and scheduling, and you will always leave a session knowing what to practice next.
