Getting to us from Norwalk
We're at 17 Bridge Square in Westport, just off the Post Road (Route 1) by the Saugatuck River. From East Norwalk or Rowayton it's about 10 minutes east on Route 1 or I-95 to Exit 17; from Silvermine and West Norwalk, plan on 15 to 20. For families who'd rather skip the drive, most of what we do works well over telehealth, and many Norwalk families alternate between in-person and video sessions.
Insurance for Norwalk patients
We are in-network with Anthem, Cigna and Aetna. For other plans, we provide a coded receipt (superbill) after each visit that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Every patient has access to an online portal for reports, invoices and scheduling.

We're a private practice, so we're separate from school-based services, but we're happy to coordinate with your child's school SLP and to read any existing IEP or evaluation. If your child had a school evaluation in the last six months, we can often build a treatment plan from it rather than repeating testing.

Yes. School eligibility is based on educational impact, which is a higher bar than "this child would benefit from therapy." Many of the Norwalk children we see fall into exactly that gap.

Yes, and it's a large part of our practice. Our clinicians have hospital and outpatient rehabilitation backgrounds and treat voice, stuttering, swallowing, and speech and language after stroke or brain injury, including patients continuing therapy after discharge from Norwalk Hospital.
