Getting to us from Darien
We're at 17 Bridge Square in Westport, just off the Post Road (Route 1) by the Saugatuck River. From Darien, I-95 north to Exit 17 (Saugatuck Avenue) puts you two minutes from the office; the Post Road (Route 1) through Norwalk is a fine alternative when the highway is backed up. Plan on about 15 minutes from Noroton or Darien center. For families who'd rather skip the drive, most of what we do works well over telehealth, and many Darien families alternate between in-person and video sessions.
Insurance for Darien patients
We are in-network with Anthem, Cigna and Aetna. For other plans, we provide a coded receipt (superbill) after each visit that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Every patient has access to an online portal for reports, invoices and scheduling.

We're a private practice, so we're separate from school-based services, but we're happy to coordinate with your child's school SLP and to read any existing IEP or evaluation. If your child had a school evaluation in the last six months, we can often build a treatment plan from it rather than repeating testing.

Yes. School eligibility is based on educational impact, which is a higher bar than "this child would benefit from therapy." Many of the Darien children we see fall into exactly that gap.

Yes, and it's a large part of our practice. Our clinicians have hospital and outpatient rehabilitation backgrounds and treat voice, stuttering, swallowing, and speech and language after stroke or brain injury.
